I had a small problem with my online order, so I reached out to Raley’s customer service. i was kind of bracing myself for a long wait or a bunch of back-and-forth, because that’s usually how these things feel. But they replied quickly and fixed it without turning it into a big deal. What stood out to me was that it actually felt like someone read my message and understood why I was frustrated. That made the whole experience feel a lot better.

I’ve ordered prepared food and deli stuff from Raley's a few times now, and it’s been good overall. The salads tasted fresh, the sliced meats were good, and pickup was easy, which is kind of what you want, right? One time the hot food was a little dry, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d probably order again.

I’ve been to Raley’s a few times now, and the staff has been really nice every time. They actually say hi, help you find things, and don’t make you feel like you’re annoying them just because you have a question, which is more than I can say for some places. Checkout has usually been smooth too, even when it’s busy, and everyone still seems professional. My only gripe is that some items are randomly out of stock, and that gets frustrating when you go in for something specific. Overall though, it’s been a good experience, so I’d still give it 4 stars

A few items in my order were out of stock, but raleys picked decent substitutions and texted me ahead of time, which was nice. One swap wasn’t exactly what I would’ve chosen, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was easy and definitely saved me a trip, so I’d probably do it again

I’ve been going to this Raley’s because it’s close to me and it’s just one of those places that’s easy to deal with, which I appreciate more than I probably should. It’s not hard to find, the parking is usually fine, and unless I stop by right after work when everyone else apparently has the same idea, I can get in without circling forever.

The lot being close to the entrance makes quick trips actually feel quick, like I can run in for one or two things and not make it a whole event. My only small gripe is the cart area can sometimes block a few parking spots, which is a little annoying when it’s busy, but overall it’s a convenient spot.

Picked up my Raley’s order today and honestly, no complaints. Everything I ordered was in the bags, no random substitutions or missing items, and the produce was actually what I picked out, which is always a relief. Just nice when grocery pickup goes smoothly for once

I ordered groceries online and it was super easy. I placed the order while drinking my morning coffee, picked a time, and everything was ready when I got there. Pickup was quick, no missing bags or weird substitutions, and I was back home before the ice cream even got soft. Painless overall

I usually have a good experience shopping at Raley’s. The store is clean, calm, and easy to get around most of the time, which is why I keep going back.

That said, it can get really packed after work or on weekends, and the aisles start feeling cramped fast. Checkout usually moves alright, but it’s still frustrating enough that I’ve started going earlier. I’d appreciate at least some acknowledgment or apology when it gets that backed up

Overall, I’d say it’s a fair value!! Some things still feel a bit pricey, but for the most part I felt like it was worth it.

I like that the hours are easy to find, and the pickup times actually fit into my week... which makes planning my grocery run way less stressful.

Most of the groceries I usually need are there, so it’s a easy stop for me. i don’t always have to run around to multiple places, which is nice.

I checked in and then somehow ended up waiting 35 minutes like I had been forgotten in another dimension. When I finally got my order, items were missing, and nobody seemed to have any clue what was going on. It felt way more stressful than it needed to be, and I was ready to write a whole documentary about the confusion.

I do like that the promos and points help me save money pretty much every week. It definitely adds up and makes me feel like I’m getting a better deal. At the same time, some offers aren’t always for things I actually need, so it can be a bit hit or miss. Still, I appreciate the savings when they work out

I really do like Raley’s, but the delivery just hasn’t been reliable for me. As someone who plans dinner around when groceries are supposed to arrive, it’s frustrating when the order shows up late and there aren’t clear updates. This has happened to me twice now, so I’m a little hesitant to count on it again...

I order from Raleys online often and I trust them more than most grocery chains. The prices can be a little high sometimes but the quality is usually good and it feels like they actually care about the community.
